It’s difficult to pinpoint a timeline as projects vary in scope and complexity. Many other variables can impact timeline too, such as concept revisions, materials, weather, and permitting. In general, you can expect around 4-6 weeks for the design process.

Yes! We are happy to discuss financing and phasing options with you.

Absolutely! As long as your property is within our maintenance service area we will provide you with an estimate for maintenance services at the completion of your project.

Yes! Our maintenance contracts include weekly visits and spring and fall cleanups. Every week our crews will inspect the lawn and plants for any issues, mow, and weed any garden beds. Trimming of the trees and shrubs are done twice in a season, once after the first bloom, then the second in late August. On a monthly basis we will fertilize and apply weed control to the yard to ensure lush green grass that’s weed-free. Your lawn and bed care are completed by two separate crews to ensure heightened attention to detail.
We also offer add-ons to our basic contracts that include mulching and seasonal colors.

Yes, though this is dependent on the scope of your project. Smaller projects may not require 3D renderings.
